My adult son's feet were not healthy - toes narrow and uncomfortable in shoes. He is going barefoot around the house a lot to try to have them spread. The Wild Toes are helping and spreading his toes out. Along with the exercises you teach he is really excited about regaining a more natural toe position

I love the mobility ball it feels so relieving to stretch under the feet and roll under the toes. The wild toes has given me hope that I can have good toe splay as I get older and avoid any toe displacement.
